Absolutely phenomenal experience, both in the quality of the product we purchased (larder cupboard) as well as the service and support all the way from inquiring, to manufacturing, to setting up delivery and follow up afterwards. When inquiring we promptly received colour samples to choose from (in the mail), got all of our questions answered, and then - the item was ready earlier than expected. We had complex delivery into our house, and that also was addressed beforehand, with great care. Then, after the beautiful item was delivered, we asked for further assistance in adjusting it, and got instructions that were accurate and also that saved us money. Sam was attentive, caring, professional and went out of her way to help us in all stages, one of the best experiences we have had so far with buying furniture. We ordered a customised dining bench for our kitchen a year ago and now two matching chairs - we couldn't be more happy both with the furniture itself and as well the experience during order and delivery.
